- To respond to your questions and provide real estate services.
- To prepare and follow up on the home-value estimate you asked for.

- With service providers that help us run the website, manage client communication, and produce home-value estimates. These providers may process your information only to provide those services to us.
- With RE/MAX Concepts, our brokerage, when needed to provide services or complete a transaction.

Third-party tools on this site
The property search and the home-value estimate are provided by third-party companies and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. When you use one of those tools, you are also sharing information with that company. If you would like to know which providers are currently in use, contact us and we will tell you.

- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the records we are legally required to keep.

Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to answer your request, provide services you asked for, and meet legal and real estate record-keeping requirements. After that, we delete it or remove information that identifies you.
Children
This site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
